This book is an ok book. Ive seen better, but I believe that you must have a THOROUGH knowledge of advanced calculus for this book. That means a very good understanding of vector calculus in 3-dimensions. My only real gripe with this Vol II version is that the book constantly refers to equations and examples in the Vol I, so if you dont have Vol I then you are missing out. Other then that I think the book does a pretty good job of explaining the concepts.

I expected real, substantial information about 2nd passport acquisition, offshore banking laws, overseas investment, etc. - in other words, the stuff that's in the title of the book.Rather than write chapters that focused on these topics, he wrote a self-helpy book that told you that yes, you too can travel the world and find ways to reduce your taxes.The book always alluded and tantalized you with information, but it got stuck on this paternal, parental advice-giving, and never actually gave you the meat. Compare that with books like Millionaire Expat: How To Build Wealth Living Overseas, which is overflowing with citations, data, and sources. Yes, the topic is different, but you can see how different the writing style is ... and, ultimately, the purpose of the book.The entire purpose of the book - which won't surprise you if you've seen Henderson's other work - was to sell his consulting services, which he finally did at the very end.I spent hours reading the entire book, waiting for the punchline, hoping for some real information which I really wanted, but only got a teasey sales pitch.

A great mix of Andrew's travels and business encounters around the world with on the ground insights on being a modern day "nomad capitalist". I was pleasantly surprized with more realistic advice and down to earth explainations of the buzz words offshore and second passports. He keeps it real and also makes for a fun read along the way in what could be a pretty dry topic. Read it if you want to open your mind outside of your home country and think in the modern day global mindset.

Well, you won't find it here, simply because...that does not exist! What's best for one person isn't necessarily the best thing for EVERYONE in the world. And so it would be quite impossible to simply publish a course, or fill this book with detailed processes - just in case everyone who reads it decides that doing all that is his ONLY best option... And that would be far from the truth. Andrew Henderson revealed a lot about his personal strategy without getting too technical, because choosing his EXACT path isn't going to be right for everyone. This book is so full of information, but only for those who are willing to expand their perspective. View the ideas and tips with critical thinking, and decide whether this path is for you or not, so you can take the necessary steps to get there in a manner that suits YOU. I've always been fascinated by offshore companies, coming from a bureaucratic, business-unfriendly country (see? I'm not a US citizen, and even I found this book amazing. It's really all about perspective). This book has inspired me beyond the entrepreneurial aspect; the whole philosophy of going where you're treated best should be embraced in all aspects of your LIFE. And if you just let that sink in for a moment, it will change how you think and feel and view the world and its opportunities. Read this book, then go be an entrepreneur about it: Make the strategies your own, figure even more things out along the way, and when you can - get a mentor to get where you're going much faster.

This book was very easy to read. There are a number of very concrete suggestions about what one might do to get started that I am very excited about myself. It is not a densely packed cook book on how to live a nomad capitalist lifestyle for every possible fact scenario but the anecdotes surrounding the concrete advice are paradigm changing; its the change in thinking that reading the author's personal and consulting experiences that are the primary value add in my opinion.The book does end in a solicitation of the author's services but I never felt that the book's substantive content was lacking enough to call the book a sales pitch. I am satisfied with what I got from it whether or not I seek the author's services in the future.

I love the work Andrew has done over the last decade to become an expert in his field. Going where you're treated best is very important. Saving on taxes can be one strong motivator. There are others :-) .My first goal this week was to finish reading this book. Having completed that goal, I now continue on to the next goal for the week: Implementing as much of what I read as I can as reasonably quickly as I can.I would love to become one of Andrew's ideal clients and fully intend to do so. Meanwhile I have some building to do.Thank you Andrew!

i love these books I've red all of them 5 or 6 times and im not making that up im nine years old and i love these books i just finished the tail of emily windsnap and the sirens secret for the 6th time literary im not lying i wish i could go back in time and read them for the first time again and experience the magic for the first time over and over again you should definitely buy all of these book because you will love them as much as i do!!

My daughter loved this book we got a whole set! She needs to read at least 20 mins a day but she spends more time reading this and less time on electronics now. She would tell me what she read so far over breakfast before she goes to school.

I bought the entire set of the Emily Windsnap books for my 10 year old niece as a birthday gift. She loves mermaids and loved the books.

I am going to tell you about the setting of The Tail of Emily Windsnap. The setting took place on a ship called King of the Sea and I think that is an interesting name for a ship. Most of the setting is either on the ship or in the ocean and the author described the setting very well. I could almost imagine myself in the setting of this story. The setting of The Tail of Emily Windsnap is very creative and amazing. I can tell you a lot about the plot of this story. A girl named Emily finds out she is half mermaid at the beginning of the story when she swims for the first time and I think that it would be awesome to find out you were half mermaid. I found it very interesting when Emily met a mermaid named Shannon and learned about her dad at mermaid school. She goes through a great and crazy adventure to find her dad who is a mermaid also. I loved the plot of The Tail of Emily Windsnap. I am going to tell you the conflict and resolution of The Tail of Emily Windsnap. I thought it was surprising when Emily found out her dad was a mermaid, and was in prison and that was a problem. She is half mermaid and mermaid prison is very far away, so she would have to swim underwater, which I think would be crazy because she would not be able to swim that long and far. So Emily, her mom, and Mr. Beeston went into the ocean on a ship, so Emily could jump out of the ship when they were far enough, and go through a difficult adventure to save her dad. Emily went through a crazy adventure just to save her dad.

This was a book I read in my class for book clubs with my best friends,my teacher,and some friends who were boys. In this book,there is a girl,Emily,a mermaid,who is a hero in her own way. Most people are used to reading about a man perseptionist,but no,this time it was a woman! My point is that anyone can read this book and enjoy it. You do not have to be a girl to read about girls,and you do not have to be a boy to read about boys! I have a friend,Ryan,who read "The Tail Of Emily Windsnap" with me,and who liked it so much he bought the entire series! I am not saying you have to like this book( You most likely will though,), I am saying this book is for all gender,all people,to read. It is ok if you do not like it,but if you do not like it based on the gender of the main character,that us wrong and you need to think about that. This book had morals which made me think,Who am I? Am I truly being myself? Can I be more? This book had friendships,morals,life lessons,and meaning. My classmates and I have all been split up into different book clubs,and we are all in a book club with some other classmates,and we are doing mini dioramas based on this book. We had 5 - 6 boys in our group,and we had 5 girls. All the boys are working just as hard and focusing just as much on this diorama as the girls,even though the book had a female perseptionist! If you are still in Elementrary,Middle,or High School,then try and tell your teachers and friends about this book,and maybe you guys can do book clubs on the series. If you are reading this review at home,or maybe you're a parent,wanting to buy a book for your son or daughter,then tell all your friends so that they can tell more people so that everyone can read "The Tail Of Emily Windsnap". My 11-year-old daughter loved this book and read it in 1 day! Now we are waiting for the first set, it is coming next week and she keeps asking me everyday when it will get here. loved the first book.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for 8 year old and paired it with a mermaid tail blanket. Reading the synopsis, it seems like an appropriate, yet challenging and interesting read for her. I like that it's part of a series so if she enjoys it, there are more!

My grand daughter REALLY wanted this for Christmas, but I thought it would be too late to expect getting it through Amazon. Surprise ! got the book this morning (7AM). The cover art work on the book is adorable. The sparkles on the mermaid would make any girl want to read this book.Lila (grandgirl) loves to swim... and she will love this story. She even has a blanket in the shape of a mermaid tail.
